I lead engineering on production systems that move money and goods.

AVP at Fero.AI in the UAE. My team and I run a freight and customs platform with 110+ database tables and 211+ APIs, deployed on-prem inside an enterprise customer. Five direct reports. I own scope, estimation, technical decisions, and client communication for the vertical. Outcome plus guardrails: I define what done looks like; the team figures out the how.

Outside Fero I run a B2C ecommerce platform for the European consumer tech market. Eleven custom Medusa modules, Stripe, Meilisearch, multi warehouse inventory. Roughly seventy features in production.

I take on a small number of advisory and project engagements per year. AI heavy product builds, full stack Next.js work, and ecommerce on Medusa. Senior team, senior pricing.

How I think about engineering

Simple beats scalable until you have evidence otherwise. Monolith first; split a service only when a measured workload requires it. REST with Zod over GraphQL. Postgres is underrated and most teams underuse it. Strict TypeScript everywhere; no any. Files under 300 lines. One thing per file.

I ship product. I don't ship process.
