What I'm open to

Currently taking on a small number of new projects.

AI heavy product builds

Production AI work. Agent loops with proper evaluation, RAG that survives real data quality, tool use that doesn't pretend the model is infallible. The pattern I ship every quarter at Fero.AI across logistics, customs, and document automation.

Outcomes

  • · Working MVP inside eight weeks
  • · Production architecture from day one, not a notebook with extra steps
  • · Owned end to end: spec, schema, APIs, frontend, deploy

Engagement

Fixed scope, 4 to 12 weeks. Weekly demo.

Full stack Next.js builds

For founders who need a senior engineer to ship the thing while they sell it. Next.js 15 with strict TypeScript, Postgres with Drizzle, deployed cleanly to Vercel and Railway. The same playbook I use on my own products.

Outcomes

  • · Production grade codebase you can hand to the next engineer without apology
  • · Schema, auth, payments, admin, observability
  • · Sensible deployment and operations from week one

Engagement

Fixed scope, 3 to 8 weeks.

Ecommerce on Medusa v2

If you need a B2C storefront with custom workflows that Shopify can't bend to, Medusa is the answer. I run a Medusa platform with eleven custom modules in production: loyalty, gift cards, multi warehouse inventory, A/B testing, referrals, abandoned cart flows, automated email sequences.

Outcomes

  • · Storefront, admin, payments, search, email, notifications
  • · Multi language, multi currency, multi warehouse where required
  • · Test suite (Playwright and backend integration tests) included

Engagement

Fixed scope, 6 to 12 weeks.

Advisory and code review

Short retainers for early stage teams that need a senior engineer to sanity check architecture, hiring loops, and roadmap. Strong opinions on monolith first, REST with Zod, Postgres native patterns. I will tell you what's wrong before I tell you what to do.

Outcomes

  • · Architecture reviews with concrete next steps
  • · Hiring loops and technical screens
  • · Async review on hard pull requests

Engagement

Monthly retainer.
